RAWALPINDI: A local court in Rawalpindi has approved the physical and judicial remands of five accused in the murder case of TikToker Shamso Ayesha Gilamna in Taxila.
The court granted a four-day physical remand of the two alleged shooters, identified as Yaseen and Ahsan Ullah, for further investigation into the shooting.
The court also approved a 14-day judicial remand of the victim’s father, Fazal, her brother Bashir and her uncle Rozi Khan.
Following the remand orders, all the accused were sent to Adiala Jail.
Earlier, the suspects were produced before Area Magistrate Muhammad Asif Iqbal for the hearing.
According to police, the TikToker was allegedly killed on August 14 after the attack was planned in advance.
Police said the victim’s father, brother, uncle and the two alleged shooters were arrested during the investigation into the case.
