Senior officials from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye are set to meet Iranian officials in Tehran today, October 26, for important regional security talks.
Pakistan will be represented by Field Marshal Asim Munir, Saudi Arabia by Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, and Türkiye by intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin.
The meeting comes amid rising tensions in the Middle East, including ongoing Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia.
The talks are expected to focus on regional security, cooperation among neighbouring countries, and efforts to prevent further escalation.
Pakistan has also been playing a role in diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions between Iran and other regional powers.
