The federal government has announced a reduction in petroleum prices, setting the new price of petrol at Rs362 per litre.
According to a statement issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the reduction in petrol and diesel prices has been made under the pricing mechanism approved by the federal government.
The notification states that the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs7.06 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs362 per litre.
Similarly, the price of high-speed diesel has been cut by Rs3.71 per litre, taking its new price to Rs387.81 per litre.
OGRA said the revised petroleum prices will take effect from November 5, 2026.
