Okara – A tragic incident occurred in District Okara where a teenage boy, Adnan, was killed by his own friends following a dispute during a cricket match.
According to Punjab Police, a quarrel broke out between Adnan and his friends during the game. After the match, while Adnan was on his way home, the suspects intercepted him and struck him with a cricket bat.
Adnan succumbed to his injuries and died on the spot. Police collected evidence from the scene and arrested three individuals allegedly involved in the attack.
A case of murder has been registered, and further investigation is underway, police officials confirmed
