An American woman traveled all the way to Dir Bala, Pakistan, in June 2025 to meet Sajid Zaib, a local man she had fallen in love with after two years of online communication. Captivated by Sajid’s sincerity and Pakistani culture, she now says she is even considering permanent residence in Pakistan.
According to local sources, the two had been in touch via social media for over two years. What began as a simple online friendship gradually developed into a deep emotional connection, ultimately prompting the woman to visit Pakistan and meet Sajid in person.
Upon her arrival in Dir Bala, she was warmly welcomed by Sajid and his family. The family not only hosted her stay but also introduced her to local customs and traditions. Speaking to the media, the woman said she was deeply moved by the hospitality, simplicity, and family values she experienced in Pakistan.
She further added that she is seriously considering marriage and a future life in Pakistan, saying,
“Love doesn’t see borders, race, or nationality it connects hearts. I feel lucky to have come here.”
