City Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad, Sahibzada Bilal Umar, held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) to listen to public grievances and issued immediate directives for redressal on the spot.
According to Police Spokesperson Tariq Jutt, the CPO stated that these open courts are being held on the instructions of the Chief Minister Punjab and Inspector General of Punjab Police, with the aim of ensuring swift and fair justice to the citizens.
He emphasized that all applications will be processed fairly, and justice will be served without discrimination.
“The immediate resolution of public issues is our top priority,” he added, noting that instructions have also been issued for open courts to be conducted daily in all police towns.
Open courts are also being organized at police stations across the city to ensure justice is made accessible to the public at the grassroots level.
The primary objective of these open courts is to resolve citizens’ concerns on a priority basis. Ensuring the safety and security of citizens’ lives and property remains our foremost priority.
