Dengue Spreads in Federal Capital, 15 More Cases Reported

Due to recent rains, dengue cases have started to increase in the federal capital, with 15 more individuals confirmed positive for the virus.

‎According to the health department’s report, 15 new dengue cases were reported in Islamabad during the last 24 hours, raising the total number of cases to 227.

‎The health department stated that 192 cases have been reported from rural areas, while 35 cases have been recorded in urban areas.

‎It further said that more than 25 patients are currently under treatment in dengue wards of various hospitals in Rawalpindi.
