Karachi — Federal Minister for Health Mustafa Kamal has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives in the fire incident at Gul Plaza on M.A. Jinnah Road. In a statement, he said he stands in solidarity with the bereaved families during this difficult time. The minister also prayed for the swift recovery of those injured and directed that all affected individuals be provided immediate and quality medical care.
Mustafa Kamal affirmed that the federal government is ready to extend all possible support to the Sindh government. He emphasized that rescue agencies must take urgent measures to safely evacuate those trapped inside the affected building, adding that bringing the fire under control and preventing further loss of life should remain the top priority. He further urged provincial and city authorities to strengthen firefighting and rescue operations to handle such emergencies more effectively.
