FIA Officer Killed as Dumper Runs Over Motorcycle in Karachi

A tragic road accident in Karachi claimed the life of an officer from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) when a speeding dumper truck ran over his motorcycle near Super Highway on Friday morning, police officials confirmed.
According to initial reports, the FIA officer was on his way to duty when the heavy vehicle lost control and hit his motorcycle from behind, causing fatal injuries. Rescue teams shifted the body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for post-mortem, while the driver fled the scene.
Police have launched a search operation to arrest the driver and seized the dumper. Authorities say the incident highlights the growing issue of reckless driving by heavy vehicles in Karachi, which continues to claim innocent lives on major routes.
