Islamabad: Pakistan Army has killed four Indian-sponsored terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Qalat district of Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Monday.
According to ISPR, the operation was conducted on 27 December 2025 after receiving intelligence about the presence of terrorists linked to the Indian proxy group Fitna al Hindustan.
Security forces effectively targeted the terrorists’ hideout, leading to an intense exchange of fire. As a result, four terrorists were neutralized.
ISPR stated that weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the killed terrorists, who were involved in multiple terrorist activities in the area.
Sanitization operations are ongoing to ensure no remaining terrorists are present in the region. ISPR reaffirmed that Pakistan’s counter-terrorism campaign under “Azm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee under the National Action Plan, will continue to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism.
Earlier, four Indian-backed terrorists were also killed in a similar intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district on 26 December 2025, ISPR added.
