This season, Pakistan’s top three drama channels Green Entertainment, ARY Digital, and HUM TV went head-to-head in the race for ratings, trends, and viewer loyalty. Each came with a different flavor, but the question remains: Who truly came out on top?
When it comes to TRPs, ARY Digital took the crown. Its drama “Jaan-e-Jahan”, starring Hamza Ali Abbasi and Ayeza Khan, dominated weekly ratings, often crossing the 9.0 mark. With high production value and emotional intensity, it held its place as a classic ARY success.
But it was Green Entertainment that turned heads this season. With the daring and stylized “Gentleman”, led by Humayun Saeed, Green didn’t just compete it challenged the status quo. The drama averaged 8.3 TRPs, but more impressively, it went viral across platforms like Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Its modern storytelling, bold themes, and cinematic style made it a cultural moment.
Meanwhile, HUM TV stuck to its roots with character-driven storytelling. “Zard Patton Ka Safar”, starring Yumna Zaidi and Ahmed Ali Akbar, may not have led the TRP charts (hovering around 6.5–7.0), but it delivered emotionally rich content and maintained HUM’s loyal viewer base.
On social media, Green won the engagement game with consistent trending hashtags. ARY remained the YouTube giant, often racking up 40–50 million views per episode. HUM continued to spark thoughtful conversations, memes, and emotional fan responses.
