KARACHI: Haier Pakistan has partnered with the University of Karachi to launch a PKR 6.5 million need-based scholarship program, offering financial assistance to 100 deserving students over the next two years.
The initiative will cover students from five departments and aims to reduce financial burdens that often hinder academic progress. According to Haier, the program reflects its belief that education is the foundation of national progress and a key driver of development.
Officials said the collaboration will not only provide monetary support but also inspire youth to pursue their ambitions with confidence. The scholarships are part of Haier’s broader vision of empowering Pakistan’s future through education-focused initiatives.
