The number of patients affected by the monkeypox virus is increasing in the city.
Following the confirmation of monkeypox in two more individuals at Bahawal Victoria Hospital, the number of admitted patients has risen to four.
Of the four monkeypox patients, two belong to the same family, while the remaining two are from different families.
All four patients have been shifted to the isolation ward of Bahawal Victoria Hospital. Samples of their family members are also being collected to monitor the spread of the virus.
