A senior Iranian official has warned that Iran will escalate its military response against Isr@el and will strike regional bases of any country that comes to Isr@el’s defense.
Speaking to American News Network on Friday, the Iranian official declared, “Iran reserves the right – under international law – to respond decisively to this regime.” The statement highlights growing tensions in the region amid ongoing conflict.
The official added, “Any country that attempts to defend the regime against Iran’s operations will, in turn, see its regional bases and positions become new targets.”
This sharp warning comes after US and Isr@eli sources confirmed that the US military assisted in intercepting Iranian missiles launched toward Isr@el earlier on Friday. An Isr@eli source also claimed that other regional countries had supported Isr@el’s air defense systems.
The threat from Tehran raises the stakes for countries in the Middle East, as Iran signals its willingness to expand the battlefield if others intervene in defense of Isr@el.
