Ishaq Dar Meets Canadian FM Anita Anand, Agrees to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Kuala Lumpur  – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, met with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand on the sidelines of the 32nd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meeting in Kuala Lumpur.

According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, both sides acknowledged the positive momentum in Pakistan-Canada bilateral relations and expressed their commitment to further deepening cooperation in trade, investment, and economic sectors.

During the meeting, Mr. Dar extended a formal invitation to Ms. Anand to visit Pakistan, which she graciously accepted. The two ministers also discussed regional developments and matters of mutual interest.
