The Islamabad Health Regulatory Authority has decided to take strict action against unregistered healthcare institutions.

‎The Islamabad Health Regulatory Authority has issued a final warning to unregistered healthcare institutions to complete their documentation within 15 days. Institutions that fail to register within the given time will face strict legal action.

‎According to the authority, continuing medical practice without registration under the IHRA Act is illegal. In case of non-compliance, registration may be suspended and clinics may be sealed. Medical centers in Islamabad that do not meet legal requirements can be shut down.

‎The IHRA has released a list of medical centers that lack required documents or have not paid their fees on its official website.
