Comedian and TV host Kapil Sharma shared an emotional message following the death of legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, saying the loss felt like “losing a father for the second time.”

Kapil, who had developed a close bond with Dharmendra over years of interviews and show appearances, said the veteran actor always treated him with affection and warmth. He added that Dharmendra’s guidance and kindness had a deep impact on both his career and personal life.

The comedian wrote that while the industry has lost a towering figure, he has lost someone who felt like family. Many celebrities and fans echoed Kapil’s sentiments online, remembering Dharmendra not just as a superstar but as a man who made everyone around him feel valued.

Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89, leaving behind a remarkable legacy in Indian cinema spanning more than six decades.
