Karachi: Police in Karachi have arrested five suspects, including a woman, in connection with a robbery reported in the Defence area, officials said.
According to police, the incident occurred on December 10, when three suspects allegedly looted a house and fled with valuables. An FIR was registered at Gizri police station following the complaint.
Police stated that the stolen items included a gold jewelry set, four gold bangles, four rings, along with cash in Pakistani rupees and foreign currency (dirhams).
Authorities confirmed that all five suspects have been taken into custody and further investigation is underway to determine their roles in the crime.
