Karachi’s Secondary Education Board organized its first-ever one-day training session for officers and officials to improve public dealing and strengthen coordination with students, parents, and teachers. The session was held on the special directives of Chairman Ghulam Hussain Sohoo, who emphasized the need for better harmony between board staff and the public.
Guest speaker Mazhar Muneer highlighted the importance of public relations, explaining how positive attitude, effective body language, and good listening skills enhance service quality and institutional image. He noted that good listeners naturally become better communicators.
Chairman Sohoo said such training initiatives ensure continuous learning and improvement, adding that the Matric Board is committed to enhancing its public services through staff capacity-building.
Board officers appreciated the initiative, stating it was the first such session in the board’s history and would help them address concerns of teachers, parents, and students more effectively.
