Olive oil is highly beneficial for human health and is the only oil that does not convert into fat. It is extremely useful for preventing heart diseases and obesity.

‎According to the results of a recent medical study, people who consume olive oil remain protected from heart diseases.

‎Olive has extraordinary properties that help protect against joint and muscle pain, respiratory diseases, cholesterol issues, high blood pressure, kidney diseases, obesity, and even stroke.

‎Beneficial Effects on Bones:

‎Olive oil, especially extra virgin olive oil, is considered very beneficial for bone health. Its natural components help strengthen bones, prevent bone loss, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

‎The polyphenols and oleic acid present in olive oil enhance the activity of bone cells, improving the process of new bone formation.

‎Olive oil is rich in antioxidants that protect bone cells from damage caused by free radicals. This process prevents bone resorption (bone breakdown).

‎Olive oil contains oleocanthal, a powerful natural anti-inflammatory compound that reduces swelling and pain around the bones. It is particularly effective in arthritis and osteoporosis.

‎Olive oil also improves calcium absorption in the intestines, which is essential for bone strength. Research studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet (in which olive oil is a key ingredient) reduces the risk of bone fractures in elderly individuals.

‎According to one study, individuals who consumed 50 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil daily experienced significant improvement in bone density, especially those already suffering from osteoporosis.
