Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have signed an agreement outlining the arrangements and facilities for Hajj 2026. The agreement was formalized by Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister of Hajj, Dr. Abdul Fattah bin Suleiman, and Pakistan’s Secretary for Religious Affairs, Syed Atta ur Rehman.
The signing ceremony was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki, Director General Hajj Jeddah Abdul Wahab Soomro, Director Hajj Makkah Azizullah Khan, Director Hajj Madinah Zia ur Rehman, Deputy Secretary for Hajj Policy Chaudhry Kashif Hussain, and several other officials.
During the ceremony, Secretary Atta ur Rehman expressed gratitude to the Saudi government for its continued cooperation and hospitality. He noted that, just like the previous year, Pakistani pilgrims will once again be provided with top-quality services and facilities during next year’s Hajj.
