QUETTA – Pakistan Army killed 13 terrorists linked to Indian proxies in two separate intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Wednesday.
According to ISPR, the operations were conducted between September 30 and October 1, 2025.
In Quetta district, troops targeted a hideout of Fitna al Khwarij. After an intense gun battle, 10 terrorists were killed. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered.
In another operation in Kech district, security forces raided a hideout of Fitna al Hindustan, killing three terrorists.
ISPR stated that the killed militants were actively involved in terrorist activities and were supported by India. The army reaffirmed its resolve to eliminate terrorism and bring facilitators to justice.
Meanwhile, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has registered a case under the Anti-Terrorism Act in connection with the recent suicide blast in Quetta. The attack left 11 people martyred and 28 others injured. Security forces killed six attackers during the incident.
