KARACHI – A police constable sustained minor injuries during an operation near Nagan Chowrangi within the jurisdiction of Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan police station.
According to SSP Central’s spokesperson Zeeshan Shafiq Siddiqui, police signaled two suspects on a motorcycle to stop. When they ignored the order, officers pursued and successfully apprehended them.
During the chase, Constable Tanveer Khan, 28, son of Muhammad Akbar Khan, fell and sustained scratches on different parts of his body. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for first aid. Police confirmed that further investigation from the detained suspects is underway.
