The Hunarmand Punjab Program has opened new opportunities for students and young people from Sindh to receive training in IT and technical skills. The initiative aims to help young people develop marketable skills and improve their employment and earning opportunities.
According to the announcement, applicants from all cities of Sindh can apply. Candidates must be between 15 and 50 years old and have at least a matriculation qualification.
The program is designed to provide practical training in technology-related and technical fields, giving Sindh’s youth an opportunity to gain skills that can support employment, freelancing and other career pathways.
The announcement comes at a time when youth employment and skills development remain major challenges in Pakistan. A report published today estimated that 21.8 million young people are not currently in education, employment or training.
