Lahore: The University of the Punjab (PU) has released its first merit list for the 2026 admissions cycle, marking an important stage in the admission process for students seeking undergraduate programmes at the university. The first merit list for BS 1st Semester and BS 5th Semester regular programmes was scheduled to be displayed on August 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
The merit lists are being made available through Punjab University’s official admission portal, where applicants can check their selection status according to their respective programme and admission category. The portal includes separate merit-list options, including First Merit List (Open Merit) and other relevant categories.
Students who applied for admission are advised to check the official admission portal carefully and verify whether their names appear on the first list.
