Seven Children Die in Suspected Measles Outbreak ‎

Seven children have reportedly died of measles in Chak No. 2 KM of Kot Islam area in Kabirwala.

‎According to the families of the deceased, the deaths occurred over the past week. Residents of the area have appealed for emergency measures to control the spread of measles and for medical teams to be dispatched.

‎Deputy DHO said that the causes of the children’s deaths are being investigated.
