Two Suspects Killed in Alleged CCD Police Encounter in Lahore

LAHORE: Two suspects in custody were killed in an alleged encounter with the CCD police near Kotwali.

Police said the deceased were identified as Ghulam Mustafa and Asim Shafiq, who were under arrest and taken to Saggian for identification. During the operation, their accomplices opened fire on the police.

According to officials, both suspects were killed by the firing of their own associates. Police sources added that the men had criminal records and were involved in robberies and other serious crimes.
