istrict City Police carried out targeted operations in various areas, resulting in the arrest of six drug dealers.
The arrested suspects were found in possession of illegal drugs. The operations took place within the limits of the Baghdadi, Kalakot, Garden, and Kili police stations.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Nauman Ullah, Zubair, Muhammad Bilal, Ali Raza, Rashid, and Pir Muhammad. Investigations revealed that all of the suspects are habitual and professional drug dealers, with previous arrests and prison sentences in multiple cases.
Nauman Ullah has previously been arrested and jailed in nine cases related to illegal weapons possession and drug dealing. Rashid has also been arrested and jailed twice in cases of robbery and the sale of gutka/mawa.
Cases have been registered against the suspects at the relevant police stations, and they have been handed over to investigation authorities for further legal action.
