Use of Artificial Intelligence Is Causing Mental Fatigue Among People: Study

According to a new study, artificial intelligence tools are causing severe mental fatigue among people.

‎Researchers from Harvard Business Review surveyed 1,500 employees living in the United States across multiple industries and identified a harmful trend among those using AI to improve performance and productivity.

‎The study found severe mental fatigue among AI users, which made it difficult for them to focus on their work.

‎Researchers used the term brain fry to describe this condition.

‎Participants in the survey reported symptoms of this condition including headaches, slower decision making and mental fog.
