Dr. Nabiha Ali Khan’s recent Nikah ceremony at Maulana Tariq Jamil’s residence has become a viral topic, with the bride sharing behind-the-scenes details in a recent podcast with her husband on Naeem Saqib’s show.
Dr. Nabiha revealed that Maulana Tariq Jamil lost his temper briefly over the wedding decorations. “I arranged a floral curtain to separate the bride and groom seating areas, inspired by trending Nikah setups. I wanted everything to look beautiful,” she said. However, when guests and media arrived, the room became overcrowded. “Around a hundred people gathered in a space that could comfortably fit forty. Maulana Sahab looked around and said, ‘Take this out!’ referring to the floral curtain,” she added.
Dr. Nabiha admitted her reaction was notable, as she had put her heart into the decorations. The couple expressed gratitude to Maulana Tariq Jamil for solemnizing their Nikah, calling it the biggest gift.
