Renowned religious scholar and former Ruet-e-Hilal Committee chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman has been shifted to the ICU after his health condition deteriorated. He had been under treatment at a private hospital in Bahadurabad for the past two days.
According to Naib Mufti Abdul Razzaq Naqshbandi, Mufti Muneeb was initially admitted when doctors observed a sudden decline in his health. Despite treatment, his condition did not stabilize.
Hospital sources said his health worsened overnight, prompting the medical team to move him to the intensive care unit for closer monitoring. A specialized medical team has been assigned for his treatment.
Religious scholars, students, and citizens across the country have expressed concern and requested prayers for Mufti Muneeb’s speedy recovery. The hospital continues to monitor his condition round the clock.
