Karachi: A tragic road accident took place today in Karachi’s Akhtar Colony, where a speeding truck first collided with a rickshaw and then hit a motorcycle, resulting in the death of the motorcyclist on the spot.
According to eyewitnesses, the truck driver attempted to flee after the accident but was forced to abandon the vehicle when its front bumper got stuck in the tire. The driver then managed to escape from the scene on foot.
The truck involved in the accident bore registration number JW-1816, while the deceased motorcyclist’s bike was registered as KMV-2964. Authorities have urged citizens to inform the victim’s family if they can identify him.
