Examinations Postponed at Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Online Classes to Continue

Karachi (Staff Reporter):

Jinnah Sindh Medical University has announced the postponement of examinations scheduled for September 9 due to the forecast of heavy rainfall. According to the university administration, new dates for the exams will be announced later.

A university spokesperson stated that, keeping in view the safety of students and faculty, a work-from-home policy will be in effect tomorrow, Tuesday, September 9, while online classes will continue as usual.

Vice Chancellor Professor Amjad Siraj Memon said, “Ensuring the continuity of education is our top priority under all circumstances, which is why online teaching will continue without interruption.”

Registrar Dr. Azam Khan added that this decision was made for the safety of students and faculty, and the new examination dates will be announced soon.
