The number of dengue virus cases continues to rise in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the Dengue Control Room, 55 more patients were confirmed with the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total tally to 585.
The data shows that 346 cases have been reported in Muzaffarabad, 78 in Bagh, 105 in Mirpur, 5 in Jhelum Valley, 9 in Neelum Valley, 3 in Sudhnoti, 5 in Haveli, 17 in Poonch, and 5 in Bhimber.
The Dengue Control Room further reported that 20 patients are currently under treatment in various hospitals, while 139 patients have recovered and been discharged to their homes.
