KARACHI – A drug addict was arrested by police after allegedly killing another addict during a heated altercation in the Korangi No. 5 area of Karachi.
According to police, the incident occurred near the Family Park, where a quarrel broke out between two drug-dependent men. During the scuffle, the suspect, identified as Muhammad Ali, struck the victim Aslam on the head with a cement block, resulting in his death on the spot.
The body was shifted to Jinnah Hospital for medico-legal procedures. Police reached the scene shortly after the incident and arrested the accused. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the fatal fight.
