Pakistani students now have a chance to study in Japan for free under the fully funded Asian Development Bank–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP). The program covers tuition fees, travel costs, monthly living allowance, books, and medical insurance.
The ADB-JSP is open to nationals of ADB member countries, including Pakistan, who hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of professional experience. Applicants must be proficient in English and under 35 years of age.
Students can pursue master’s programs in fields such as economics, management, health, education, agriculture, environment, and science and technology at top Japanese universities, including Hitotsubashi University and the Institute of Science Tokyo.
Applications must be submitted directly to the participating universities, which will nominate candidates to the ADB for final selection. Successful applicants must agree to return to their home country after completing their studies to contribute to its development.
