Islamabad: A female student of an agricultural university has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by her classmate, following which a case has been registered at Shams Colony Police Station.
According to the FIR, the victim stated that the accused, identified as Muhammad Faizan, allegedly deceived her with promises of marriage and subjected her to repeated sexual assault. She further alleged that the accused recorded objectionable images and videos and used them to blackmail her.
The complainant told police that the accused threatened to make the images and videos viral on social media. She added that the alleged assaults took place on multiple occasions at the accused’s flat and inside his car.
Police have registered the case and arrested the accused. Further investigation is underway.
