Two Suspects Injured, Arrested in Alleged Police Encounters in Karachi

Two suspects were arrested in injured condition during separate alleged police encounters in different parts of Karachi, officials confirmed.

According to police, the first incident occurred in the Nazimabad 5-A area, where personnel of the Paposh Nagar police station engaged in an exchange of fire with suspected robbers. Following the encounter, one suspect was apprehended in injured condition.

Rescue officials stated that the wounded suspect was immediately shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical treatment. Police claimed to have recovered a weapon and other items from the suspect’s possession.

Authorities said further investigation into the incidents is underway.
