Headaches and fatigue are often treated as minor issues. People take painkillers, drink tea or coffee, or simply rest. But when these symptoms keep returning, the root cause is usually deeper.

πŸ”΄ 1.1 Chronic dehydration of the brain

Even mild dehydration (just 1–2%) can affect brain function. The brain is made up of a large percentage of water, so when fluid levels drop:

  • Blood flow slows down
  • Oxygen delivery decreases
  • Brain tissues temporarily shrink slightly
  • Pain receptors become active

This leads to tension headaches, pressure in the head, and dizziness.

πŸ”΄ 1.2 Iron deficiency anemia

One of the most common but ignored causes of fatigue. Iron is responsible for carrying oxygen in the blood. When iron is low:

  • Body cells receive less oxygen
  • Muscles feel weak
  • Even small tasks feel exhausting
  • Headaches become frequent

Many people, especially women, suffer from mild anemia without knowing it.

πŸ”΄ 1.3 Vitamin deficiencies (B12 & D)

Modern diets often lack essential nutrients:

  • Vitamin B12 deficiency affects nerve function β†’ fatigue, tingling, memory issues
  • Vitamin D deficiency reduces energy, immunity, and muscle strength

These deficiencies develop slowly and are often unnoticed.

πŸ”΄ 1.4 Mental stress overload

Stress is not just emotionalβ€”it is physical.
Constant stress causes:

  • Increased cortisol hormone
  • Poor sleep quality
  • Muscle tension
  • Brain exhaustion

Over time, the body remains in a β€œlow-energy survival mode.”

πŸ”΄ 1.5 Screen overuse and eye strain

Long hours on mobile or computer cause:

  • Eye muscle fatigue
  • Reduced blinking β†’ dry eyes
  • Head pressure
  • Mental exhaustion
