IG Prisons Sindh Inspects Facilities at District Jail Badin

On June 20, 2025, IG Prisons Sindh, Fida Hussain Mastooi, visited the District Jail Badin along with DIG Prisons Hyderabad Region, Muhammad Nasir Khan. Officer In-Charge of the jail, Mazhar Behan, warmly welcomed them.

During the visit, the IG inspected various sections of the jail, including the hospital, kitchen, and barracks. He checked the quality of food and medical facilities being provided to the inmates.

He also met with prisoners and listened to their issues and suggestions.

The Officer In-Charge gave a detailed briefing to the IG about the jail’s security, administration, and ongoing rehabilitation programs.
