Governor of Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad to express solidarity amid the recent Israeli aggression in the region.
During his meeting with Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam, the governor paid tribute to the martyrs of the Israeli attacks and penned his condolences in the embassy’s condolence book, according to an official statement released on Thursday.
Governor Tessori strongly condemned the Israeli strikes, describing them as a grave threat to global peace. He also conveyed his well wishes for the health and long life of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
In response, Ambassador Moghaddam congratulated the governor on performing Hajj and hosted a luncheon in his honor. He also extended heartfelt thanks to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Government of Pakistan for their continued support to Iran during these challenging times.
