Hunza’s Shimshal Valley has witnessed a dangerous surge in appendix cases.
According to the details, thirty appendix patients have been reported in Shimshal Valley over the last two months, with the majority being children. Doctors say that more than 25 children have undergone appendix surgery during this period.
It is noteworthy that over the past week alone, more than 12 cases have been reported. A medical team has been dispatched to Shimshal village.
