Following the devastating floods in Punjab, the Pakistan Army’s rescue and relief operation continues in full swing. Free medical camps and ration distribution have been completed in several areas, including Sialkot, Narowal, Zafarwal, and Wazirabad.
Hundreds of patients received free treatment and medicines at various camps. The Pakistan Army is also engaged in the search for missing persons and has made extensive preparations to deal with potential future flooding.
In Sialkot, along with ration distribution for flood victims, the Army organized free medical camps where 108 men, 126 women, and 98 children received free medical treatment. Similar camps were set up in Narowal and Zafarwal, where 270 patients were provided medical facilities and free medicines.
In Wazirabad and surrounding areas, free medical camps were also organized by the Pakistan Army, benefiting a total of 270 people, including children and women. Relief camps have additionally been established in Patoki, Bahram, Tahliwala, and Ramgarh to provide continued assistance to flood affected communities.
