Gold prices in Pakistan continued their downward trend on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, following a decline in international bullion markets.
According to the latest bullion market rates, the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped to Rs431,500, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell to Rs369,950. The decline comes as global gold prices weakened amid rising U.S. Treasury yields and expectations of further interest rate hikes by the U.S. Federal Reserve.
Market analysts say investors are closely watching upcoming U.S. economic data, which could further influence international gold prices and, in turn, the domestic bullion market.
