Very few people know that potatoes especially when boiled or baked without oil and salt can help lower blood pressure.

‎Not only that, but potatoes can also help maintain balanced blood pressure without increasing body weight.

‎Potatoes are rich in potassium, which helps the body eliminate excess sodium, thereby playing an important role in keeping blood pressure normal.

‎They also contain fiber, which improves digestion and keeps the stomach full for longer, reducing the risk of weight gain.

‎Potatoes are relatively low in calories if they are not fried or cooked with excess fats.

‎To gain the full benefits, it is recommended to eat them boiled or baked. Avoid frying them in oil or ghee, and use less salt instead, enhance the flavor with light herbs or lemon.
