ISLAMABAD, August 8, 2026: Parents applying for a B-Form for their children through the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) have been advised to ensure that all required records are updated to avoid unnecessary delays.
Before applying at a NADRA centre or through the Pak ID mobile application, parents must ensure that both the mother’s and father’s Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs) are active and valid.
NADRA records of both parents must also be accurate and properly linked. This includes personal information, parents’ names, spouse details and CNIC numbers.
The marital status of both parents must be registered as “married” in the NADRA database.
Parents are also required to complete the child’s birth registration with the relevant Union Council (UC) before applying for the B-Form.
Children above the age of three must appear in person at the NADRA centre, where their photograph and fingerprints will be recorded as part of the registration process.
NADRA has advised parents to verify and update their records beforehand to ensure a smoother application process and prevent unnecessary delays.
