LAHORE: Former Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan has reportedly withheld his signature on the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) central contract, seeking clarification over his exclusion from the national T20I squad.
According to sources, Rizwan has set a few conditions before the PCB, asking the board to explain the reasons behind his omission from the team.
Insiders revealed that while all other centrally contracted players have signed their agreements, Rizwan has held back until his concerns are addressed.
For the 2025–26 season, the wicketkeeper-batter was placed in Category B, as part of the PCB’s list of 30 centrally contracted players.
