KARACHI – A luxury Range Rover stolen from the United Kingdom has been tracked down in Karachi, according to 24NewsHD.
Interpol Manchester has written to Karachi police, asking for help in recovering the high-end vehicle. The SUV was stolen from Harrogate on November 22, 2022.
Tracking records showed the car’s last signal in Leeds before it went offline. Months later, the signal reappeared from Korangi Road near Azam Basti and Saddar, Karachi.
UK police also registered the vehicle details in the Interpol stolen vehicle database.
Sources confirmed that Karachi’s Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC) has launched a search operation in Saddar.
In the UK, Range Rover prices range from £44,000 (Rs16.7m) to over £105,000 (Rs39.9m), with premium editions costing even more.
Interpol has urged Pakistan’s cooperation to help UK police recover the vehicle and curb international car theft.
