Khanpur, August 9: Security forces on Saturday detained two Pakistani youths from the Cholistan border region near Khanpur over allegations of being ensnared in an Indian honey trap.
According to sources, chat records recovered from the suspects’ mobile phones revealed communication with women believed to be Indian nationals. The arrests took place close to the Pakistan–India border in the Rajasthan sector.
Authorities suspect that Indian handlers may have been attempting to lure the youths towards the border for hostile activities. A detailed investigation is currently underway to ascertain the complete circumstances of the incident.
