CHICHAWATNI: A local court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment for sexually assaulting a minor boy in the suburban village of 110/9R.
According to police, the case was registered at Sadar Police Station, and the investigation report was submitted to the court after a thorough probe. The court, upon finding the accused guilty, awarded life imprisonment along with a fine and compensation of Rs. 400,000.
Police officials stated that justice has been served through timely prosecution, reaffirming that such heinous crimes against children will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
